Iran may Send Reconstruction Aid to Iraq

The US continues to be schizophrenic on the issue of Iran. The State Department appears to have reached out to the Iranians for help with reconstructing Iraq, and may get it, according to Robin Wright of the Los Angeles Times. At the same time, the Pentagon is being urged by Hussein Khomeini, grandson of the Ayatollah, to hold a conference of expatriate Iranian leaders, apparently with the aim of overthrowing the Iranian government.
