Al-Bara Ibn Azib

AL-BARA IBN ‘AZIB البراء بن عازب.

One of the companions who accompanied Muhammad at the battle of the Ditch and in most of his subsequent engagements He assisted in conquering the district of Rai, A.H. 32, and was with the Khalifah ‘Ali at the battle of the Camel, A.H. 36.
