FAZULI فضولي
Lit. “That which is in excess.” A term used in Muslim law for anything unauthorized, e.g. bai’-I-lazuli, is an unauthorized sale. Nikah-I-fazula is an unauthorized marriage, when the contracts are made by an unauthorized agent.
