HUSNU ‘L-KHULQ حسن الخلق.
“A good disposition.” Abu Hurairah relates that one of the Companions once asked Muhammad, “What is the best thing that has been given to man? And Muhammad replied, “A good disposition.” Muhammad is also related to have said that the “heaviest thing which will be put in the scales of a Muslim, in the Day of Judgement is a good disposition.” (Mishkat, book xxii ch xix pt 2.)
